 So.  With the 1) "dude. I'm not mad at you" showing no malice from the decedent, Ms. Good; 2) order to move along from an unidentified ICE Agent; 3) right turning steering wheel; 4) perpetrator ICE Agent feet placement;  5) 3rd "coup de gras" shot; 6) "fucking bitch;" and 7) order to medic onsite not to treat the victim/decedent evidence, is there any sane person who does NOT believe this matter must be reviewed by a Minneapolis grand jury as a Murder in the First Degree and Murder in the Second Degree?
